A: When sending text files in the CSV format to Agnitio Support, we ask that you deliver the file in UTF8. Typically this is required for contact lists which is described on our Wiki.
However, it is not always simple to know if your file is encoded in UTF8 which is why we have included a link to a program which will convert your files for you.
The program is free, but not an Agnitio product. Use it under your own responsibility.
