Please do as following to fix the problem:
1. Type chrome://plugins in the address bar in Chrome
2. Click Deactivate Flash
3. Go get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and install the Flashplayer
After the installation try to use Standard Analytics again.

If this doesn't work, the last suggestion is to re-install Google Chrome.
