A: While the data you upload is sent instantaneously to the Agnitio servers, there sometimes may be a delay before the data is processed
Developer Analytics is usually available shortly after submission (5 minutes or less). In high traffic times the delay may be up to 24 hours.
Standard Analytics, Data Warehouse and Spotfire data is gathered from that Agnitiomanager database on a daily basis and starting at 10 PM CET.
Our ETL process begins loading, parsing, transforming and storing the data in our Data Warehouse. This process ends between 4-6 AM CET.
All the data submitted to our system between that interval will be included in the next ETL process starting in the next day at 10PM.
On a daily basis, after the data warehouse load is finalized, we also have a data preload process to Spotfire to avoid the following:
- Waiting time on the end user side when opening the reports
- Data unavailability on other time zones when during the time when our ETL process is running
