A: Please make sure that the iPad is connected to the internet and that the username and password is typed in correctly. WiFi is preferred for greater stability in dataflow. If you are behind a proxy server it might help to switch networks.
If all options are exhausted and it is still not possible to log on to the account, contact your Agnitio Manager admin or Agnitio Support with the username for the accounts that are experiencing the problem. A password reset may be necessary to test the account.
