A: The iPad will be running all opened apps in the background unless you shut them down manually. This will decrease system performance and sometimes cause heavy programs to behave in an undesired manner.
Many iPlanner presentations are big and require all processing power from the iPad for smooth execution. The solution is to shut down programs running in the background. To do this, double click on the Home button on the iPad. You will now see a bar at the bottom with all currently running apps. Hold your finger on one for a couple of seconds until the icons start to shake. You can now close them down one by one, freeing up memory.
If the iPlanner is closing down unexpectedly while you are presenting material, it could be due to issues with the content. Contact Agnitio Support who can help you determine if there is a content problem or a software issue.
