A: This might be caused by the user not being member of the proper group and not having access to the presentation.
Presentations are published on group basis. Please contact your Agnitio Manager admin or Agnitio Support with information of which presentation they should have access to or which group they should belong to.
If you are behind a proxy server, it might cause a problem with presentation updates as the iPad will contact the server and receive cached information and not the latest updates. This issue might be resolved by connecting to another network.
