A: An iPlanner license is not tied to a specific device or version of the iPlanner family. You may view your presentations on any iPad with the iPlanner installed. However, it is strongly advised not to use your license concurrently on different iPads as this may result in faulty monitoring data and your sessions will time out.
If you are using the Agnitio Manager with the same credentials as your iPlanner login at the same time, you will experience that your sessions will time out. Two different licenses are recommended in this case. Contact Agnitio Support if you have further questions to this.
