Pricing for support tickets are negotiated for each client.
The MSA includes a reference to support.agnitio.com. Agnitio reserves the right to change response times.
Agnitio provides support for all users of our Mobilizer tool.
Support tickets containing multiple requests are split up into multiple chargeable tickets. Ticket doublets are on the other hand merged into a single ticket and charged as one request.
A support ticket is defined as a 5-15 min task.
Tasks which requires more than 1 hour, or technical resources outside of the support team will be tracked as projects and charged per hour.
Agnitio does not provide direct support for end-users of the Engager app. All end-user requests needs to be directed to an internal super user. Agnitio offers product training as a paid service. Please contact us for a quote.
